Our story

About Aathmik Yoga

Aathmik Yoga began with a simple belief: yoga is for everyone. Inspired by Atma, meaning soul, Aathmik Yoga goes beyond the physical practice to support your body, mind and overall wellbeing. Wherever you are in life, there is a way for yoga to meet you there, guiding you to move better, feel better and live better.

Meet Ranjani Ramasamy

Yoga has been part of my life since childhood. What began as a personal practice grew into a passion for teaching, and I have been teaching yoga since 2018.

With a background in Biomedical Engineering and software technology, alongside professional training in Yoga Therapy, I bring together science, movement and practical experience to create yoga practices that adapt to different bodies, needs and stages of life.

Today, through Aathmik Yoga, I help people discover yoga in a way that works for their body, their needs and their life. I am also the author of two books on yoga and wellbeing.
